What is a Hot Brown?

Turkey, bacon, Texas toast, tomatoes and covered with Mornay sauce... Bake till the sauce is golden brown.

Where is the best place to get a Hot Brown?

Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Trust me, I've eaten at two other restaurants and they were no where near as good as the original Hot Brown from the Brown Hotel. I mean it's basically named after the hotel ha!
